It was very easy to set up the appointment, they came when they said they would, finished in the time they said, were extremely respectful of my home, follow up to make sure I was happy, and, most important, were able to do a small carpet repair I needed as part of the job. The estimate for the cleaning was done by email, but they, quite reasonably, did not do an estimate for the repair until they were on site, and it was also very, very fair. On price, they were not the least expensive, however, the real question is value not price when you are dealing with your carpet. Even with that, they were only very slightly higher, but worth EVERY bit of the very few pennies of difference (yes, I’m a tightwad). I got an estimate from them for my two orientals when the time comes. Hire them with confidence. – Deby
