What Does Your Pet Treatment Entail?

Pets have accidents all the time even when they are potty-trained. This may cause your carpets or rugs to stain and emit an unpleasant odor. Due to the acidic nature of pets’ urine, it may create an unhealthy indoor environment. Our pet treatment consists of pet odor and stain removal that can range from fully flushing the carpet, removing the padding, and treating the subfloor. You may also opt for a simple topical enzyme pre-treatment depending on the severity of your carpet or rug.

How Does Steam Cleaning Help Maintain My Carpet?

Steam cleaning involves using special equipment that cleans the carpet at a temperature of approximately 200 degrees. The powerful equipment weakens the bond of the physical stain to leave your carpet sanitary and looking new. Heat and pressure are regulated to prevent drenching the carpet. Heat is also adjusted according to the type of carpet. This process can help to improve the air quality by eliminating dust mites, pollutants, pollens, and others that come from the carpet.

Why Is There a Need to Apply a Protectant After My Carpet Has Been Cleaned?

Most carpets already have a protectant applied during manufacturing but due to wear and tear, the protective layer may have worn off. The protectant helps to extend the life of your carpet while making cleaning up spills much easier. It is also able to resist dry soil by preventing it from sticking onto the carpet so you can easily vacuum it off. Our protectant is covered by a 6-month limited warranty.
